Aleesha is a female professional bodybuilder who has been gaining popularity in the last two decades. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into the family of sports. Her father participated in bodybuilding alongside her sisters and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha was also active in activities like basketball, softball and soccer. She began bodybuilding when she turned 15 years old. Her professional card was issued following her win at the NPC USA Championships. When she started to compete she did so in the year 2008. In 2014, she participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. Her finish was ninth for 2015. Aleesha qualified for the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. Aleesha is steadily improving since then, won her very first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after winning her first Chicago Pro Championships. Her best WOS result was achieved in the year 2020. Her finish was fourth. But, the "World's most powerful mom" was forced to stop bodybuilding for health-related reasons.
